What an exceptional man...helpful in all sense of the word...thank you Donald Peters!

Great help with answering questions regarding SSI.

I called Mr. Peters to handle my case. He was very professional. I didn't have to pay him upfront. He did everything for me. He got all my doctors paperwork for me. Mr Peters is a very good attorney. If i ever need a lawyer again i will call him. I thank him from the bottom of my heart. Mr Peters won my case against social security.

I utilized the services of Mr. Peters in 2014 for what I believed to be an easy case. First, after phone interviewing several attorneys Me. Peters was the ONLY attorney that didn't ask specifics about my case but rather explained how the disability process worked. After having a broken C2, broken arm and closed head injury my hearing lasted 2 and a half hours (normal hearings are a half hour). Despite having all documents to the judge well before the hearing, my judge was very thorough and it was an exhausting process. Mr. Peters remained the ultimate professional and a determination was made immediately following the hearing in my favor. I don't believe I would have won the case despite the medical documents providing the necessary information.
