Wagstaff Law Firm Denver review signals at a glance

The firm sent me a payment with a letter telling me what I should receive. Stated there would be further checks but then sent another partial payment and says now that was a final payment. Very unprofessional and down fight ride when I questioned it.

Well I thought it was a joke, fake, not real ,etc. then the money came and my bank freaked out the feelings of being ripped off came back for 35 days the bank held the money saying it was a scam….. then it was released because it was REAL!!!!!! THANK YOU JUSTIN AND WAGSTAFF LAWFIRM

Poor communication, not very informative of my case. Been pushed from associate to associates. Not pleased at all..

This law firm was OK at the beginning, then came the distribution of the settlement. They held 23000.00 for any liens. They sent me a list and amounts from the insurance companies. Which included a Global Medicare for 7000.00. I disputed this amount for Global Medicare, when I read up on this it was for clients that were on Medicare and Medicare eligible!! I was not on Medicare nor Medicare eligible, once I pointed this out they quit responding, they even stopped taking my phone calls and refused to send me the rest of my settlement. They got from me their 44,000.00 but refuse to help me any further even though after the settlement period I still had problems and had to have my spline removed. Even though I told them this happened they still ignored me!! Do Not trust this law firm! Just wanted to update post; This firm like always ignore me doesn't respond still haven't sent me my final 7000.00 that they own me because I WAS NOT MEDICARE ELIGIBLE!!! INSTEAD OF SENDING A DETAILED ON WHO THEY PAID THERE WAS NOTHING. After the get their money from you the feeling is you can just go to hell!!! Do your homework don't hie this firm get someone that will fight for you and make sure you get paid correctly they won't.
